Here is one of the activities in my English class. Error Analysis. Students were given the task to translate some synopsis of the films they have ever watched. Then we discussed them together to recognize and correct the mistakes.

I think this activity is good to be implemented in your class especially for your high - level class. They have to improve their English skill in grammar, diction and composition.

The synopsis of the movies I took are Johnny English Reborn, Mission Impossible 4, Underworld Awakening and Wanted

What game do you prefer in your english class - Game 3: Dart

Hi there!! here is the third game possibly used in your English class. Dart Time!! What an interesting game it is. Reviewing the lesson while playing I think you students will love it. What must you prepare?

1. You have to prepare dart board. It can be bought in the toy shop but the weakness is complicated to decide the score. Why don't you try to make it. Check this picture out. (you may create better than this)

2. Prepare the questions. There are four colors available with the questions:

      
  Red          : Grammar questions

      Blue         : Vocabulary questions  

    Green      : Speaking

      Yellow     : General Knowledge

3.Scoring: You have to set the score for each circle and each color. The outer circle has the lower score (20 points), then the second circle has 40 points, the third circle has 60 points, the fourth has 80 points, the fifth has 90 points and the last one is 100 points. What if your students shoot the white triangle?? Then they may choose the questions with 10 points only. Black is no point.

Water spilled: Why must it be argued?

Here is a video of my students who argued just because of spilled water. They were arguing when I tried to recorded them while singing. It's not a big problem actually but they like to argue one and another.
