Many years ago in India, there was a monk who kept a goat. One day, he decided to take it to the nearest town to sell it. 

              That is the piece story of the robbers and the goat.This story comes from India and my first post about Favourite Stories from Asia. The story teaches us to be cautious and wise all the time and don't trust someone easily especially the stranger. Even the clever man can be cheated.                        I've tried to make this story into a worsheet and you can use it for your reading lesson.
